Purpose of the processing of personal data

We collect and process personal data within the scope of providing our services as provided by law or if we have a legitimate interest in processing the data. If you have given us permission to process your personal data (for example, by using the contact form), we process your personal data within the scope provided for this purpose.

Types of personal data

In order to provide our service, we process different types of personal data depending on the service (e.g. contacting us):

  • Inventory data (e.g., names and addresses).
  • Contact data (e.g. e-mail and telephone numbers).

We receive this data directly from you.

Passing on personal data

We do not pass on any personal data to third parties.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against manipulation, loss, destruction, unauthorized access or other misuse and to ensure the protection of your rights and compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Log files

When you use our platform, we temporarily store data in log files, the so-called server log files. The temporary storage serves to ensure security as well as technical diagnoses.

Web statistics

We use the open source software tool Matomo (www.matomo.org), a service of the provider InnoCraft Ltd (150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand), on our platform to analyze and statistically evaluate the use of the website. Matomo uses cookies that are stored on your computer and that enable an anonymized analysis of your use of the website. It is not possible to draw conclusions about a specific person, as your IP address is anonymized immediately after processing and before storage. IP addresses are not stored completely, but 2 bytes of the IP address are masked (ex: 192.168.xxx.xxx). In this way, an assignment of the shortened IP address to the calling computer is no longer possible. The data of the web statistics are used to evaluate the use of the platform and to enable a demand-oriented design of our website.

You can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of our website (including your IP address) by setting your browser to "Do Not Track". More information on this and on the terms of use and data protection can be found at www.matomo.org/privacy and www.innocraft.com/privacy.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we process about you. If the legal requirements for this are met, you can request a correction, deletion or restriction of processing.

For this purpose and for questions, suggestions and requests, please contact support@iterum.ch.

Changes

We may amend this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. The current version published on our platform applies. Insofar as the data protection declaration is part of an agreement with you, we will inform you of the change by e-mail or other suitable means in the event of an update.
